The Decision Can Still Be Challenged In The STF Plenary

Petrobras, represented by shares PETR3 and PETR4, informed today that it obtained a favorable ruling in a labor lawsuit discussing the calculation method for the Minimum Compensation By Level And Regime (RMNR) by the First Panel of the Supreme Federal Court (STF).

According to the statement, the First Panel of the Supreme, by a majority of 3 votes in favor and 1 against, recognized the validity of a collective labor agreement made by Petrobras and the unions, regarding the calculation methodology for determining employee compensation at the company. Petrobras also stated that the court decision can be appealed to the plenary of the STF.
