Who Can Apply for a Free CNH at DETRAN
- Targeted to Low-Income Families: Aimed at residents of Mato Grosso registered in CadÚnico.
- Cost Coverage: Includes all exams and fees, ensuring that no cost falls on the beneficiaries.
- Selection Criteria: Over 18 years old, literacy, and a minimum residency of one year in the state.
DETRAN Aims to Deliver 10,000 CNHs for Free in 2024
The expectation is that, in 2024, around 10 thousand people will benefit from this initiative, overcoming barriers and paving the way for a more promising future.
Applications Open:
The application process is simple and straightforward. Interested candidates are invited to apply through the website of the State Secretariat for Social Assistance and Citizenship (Setasc). The selection process will be conducted by Setasc, and selected candidates will be informed via phone or email, receiving all necessary guidance to proceed with the theoretical and practical steps.
This initiative represents an important step toward social inclusion, offering individuals and families the chance to overcome one of the financial obstacles in the pursuit of employment and independence through obtaining the CNH.
