The National Service of Industrial Learning (Senai) is offering 1,723 spots in free and paid courses in five states and the Federal District.

The options include technical courses, qualification, and improvement, both in-person and online. The areas range from industrial production and logistics to electricity and mechanics.

Job Openings By State

Bahia

In Bahia, Senai-BA offers 419 spots in free Basic Industrial Learning courses. The cities included are Barreiras, Eunápolis, Ilhéus, Jacobina, Jequié, Juazeiro, Lauro de Freitas, Luís Eduardo Magalhães, Senhor do Bonfim, and Vitória da Conquista. Applications are open until July 29, 2024, and must be made through the Senai-BA website.

Federal District

In the Federal District, Senai-DF, in partnership with the Department of Science, Technology, and Innovation and FAP-DF, makes available 834 spots through the DF Inova Tech program.

These free courses aim to qualify low-income individuals and the unemployed. The program includes unique courses such as Google Cloud – Cloud Cybersecurity and implementation of dashboards in Power BI, in addition to other courses in high-demand areas.

Rio de Janeiro

In Rio de Janeiro, Firjan/Senai offers 140 spots in seven free in-person courses. The courses include industrial production assistant, machine operator, and logistics operations assistant. Applications are made in person at the Firjan Senai/Sesi Caxias headquarters, located at Rua Arthur Neiva, 100.

São Paulo

The government of São Paulo has extended applications for the program Qualifica SP – My First Job until August 6. There are 150 spots for young people aged 16 to 24 in the Baixada Santista. The classes will be in-person at partner institutions such as Technical Schools and Technology Colleges.

Sergipe

In Sergipe, Senai-SE offers 180 spots for technical courses, with options for distance learning and hybrid formats. Available courses include electrotechnics and automotive maintenance.

Tocantins

In Tocantins, Senai-TO offers spots in areas such as management, IT, and civil construction. The classes will start on July 29 and are intended for those who have completed or are enrolled in high school.

The opportunities are available in the units of Araguaína, Gurupi, Palmas, Paraíso do Tocantins, Taquaralto, and Xambioá.
