If approved in the first stage, individuals interested in the program in the United States must complete the Online Application Form and attach the required documents for all prerequisites.
All documentation uploaded to the Young Ambassadors Program online platform is sent to Partner Institutions, and after analysis, individuals interested in JE are approved or not for the next stage. Those approved in the previous stage will take a written assessment on dates and times set by the program organizers, as described in the schedule.
The Partner Institutions review the written assessments of individuals who applied through them, along with the application form and the supporting documents for the prerequisites, and indicate up to two of these individuals for the next stage of the selection process.
A committee formed by representatives of the U.S. Embassy and Consulates in Brazil evaluates the material of the individuals indicated by the Partner Institutions and selects those with the highest scores for the oral interview. The complete announcement can be found on the application website.
