Here You Can Get Hands-On! – Interactive Museum
With the opening of the SESI Lab in November 2022, Brasília gained a multi-use space with free entry, a 6.1 sound system, and digital projection. The SESI Lab tunnel is a gift for residents and tourists with a program for all ages, exploring different genres and experiments. In the holiday program, the venue will promote the ‘Cine Curtas’ project, with screenings on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 5 PM.
The film program in the tunnel features the curation of Glauce Pena Santos, in collaboration with the Cultural Programming team of the museum. The animations selected for projection stimulate reflections on science, innovation, and technology in everyday life. Among the selected films are shorts from Pixar, the Brazilian series ‘Anima Criança: Lendas Brasileiras’, among others. The feature ‘Minhocas’, the first stop-motion film made in Brazil, is also on the screening list.
