The City Hall of Jaboatão dos Guararapes Is Offering More Than 2,500 Slots in Free Online and EAD Courses with Right to Digital Certificate in Various Sectors Demanded by the Job Market

The City Hall of Jaboatão dos Guararapes, in Greater Recife, opened registration this Tuesday (14th) for 2,500 slots in free online and EAD courses. Registration for the courses can be done until December 24th online. Classes will be taught in distance learning (EAD) format for various professional areas.

There are opportunities for free online courses to prepare for the National High School Exam (Enem) and pre-university entrance. Others are focused on game production, animation, administration, design, and handicrafts. There are also slots in free courses on cooking and gastronomy, aesthetics and beauty, events, sweets and confectionery, tourism, and hospitality.

Applicants can also register for EAD opportunities in finance, management and leadership, languages, photography and video, computing, professional initiation, logistics, among others.

How to Register for the Slots of Free Online and EAD Courses?

Interested individuals will have until the 24th of this month to register online. To register, it is necessary to provide information such as: Full Name, Email, CPF, Cell Phone, Education Level, Mother’s Name, Residential Address, City, among others.

After classification, candidates for free online and EAD courses will receive an email with a manual containing all the instructions for accessing the platform and the list of courses. Classes for free online and EAD courses will begin on January 3rd and will have a workload ranging from 5 to 80 hours. All students who complete at least 70% of the workload will be entitled to digital certificates.

Approved candidates will be registered with the City’s Labor Agency. According to the city hall, the aim is to provide initial and continued training, allowing the population access to the qualifications demanded by the job market, in addition to improving the educational level of those seeking job openings.

In addition to these slots in free online courses in Recife, there are also opportunities from Instituto Alpha Social. In total, there are 1,520 slots in 13 free courses in Recife where registrations will be open until December 30th.
