Get to Know Fronius
Founded in 1945 as a simple sole proprietorship, Fronius is now fundamental in the industrial market. Over the last three-quarters of a century, we have evolved from a regional workshop specializing in repairs to a Global Player. The beginning of our story is established by Günter Fronius, the company’s founder, who earns his living from repair work. Then comes the idea that triggers it all: trained in electrical engineering, he manufactures a device with which car batteries can be recharged and then used for a longer time.
