Strategic Investment Strengthens Innovation in Aviation and Ensures Development of the Revolutionary Cavorite X7!

Horizon Aircraft Ltd., operating in the segment of developing electric hybrid vertical takeoff and landing aircraft (eVTOL), announced exciting news on December 23rd for aerospace enthusiasts.

The company secured a significant investment of $ 8.4 million from a strategic aerospace supporter. This strategic funding will not only bolster the company’s balance sheet but also provide the necessary stability for operations, governance, and regulatory priorities.

CEO Comments

Brandon Robinson, CEO and co-founder of Horizon Aircraft, expressed his enthusiasm: “We are deeply grateful for this second investment from our strategic partner. The continued support through this second tranche of funding puts us in a strong position in terms of working capital, supporting our initiatives. With this commitment, Horizon Aircraft is on solid ground, and our focus shifts to developing our full-scale hybrid eVTOL.”

Cavorite X7 Features

The Cavorite X7, the aircraft currently under development, promises to be an innovation in the air sector.

With an estimated gross weight of 5,500 pounds (2,495 kg) and a designed payload of 1,500 pounds (680 kg), this aircraft is expected to achieve a maximum speed of 250 miles per hour (402 km/h and a maximum range of over 500 miles (800 km), including fuel reserves, according to the aeroin website.

Innovative Hybrid Technology

Unlike many aircraft in its category, the Cavorite X7 is designed with a hybrid electric power system.

After vertical takeoff, the aircraft will be able to recharge its batteries during flight, operating in a configuration similar to that of a traditional aircraft.

Thus, it is expected that after landing and completing the mission, the Cavorite X7 will take less than 30 minutes to recharge its batteries, becoming ready for the next mission.

The Future of the Aerospace Sector

This technological advancement represents a milestone in the air sector, demonstrating how Horizon Aircraft is at the forefront of aviation innovation.

With the strategic support received and the vision of a more sustainable future, the company positions itself as a promising leader in the electric aircraft revolution.

About Horizon Aircraft

With a firm commitment to transforming the way we move through the air, Horizon Aircraft continues to forge a path of innovation and excellence.

Stay tuned for updates and get ready to witness the evolution of aviation with the arrival of the Cavorite X7.
