The Federal Institute is currently accepting applications for technical courses integrated with high school level in the education modality for youth and adults. If you are over 18 years old and have not yet completed high school, this is your chance to qualify professionally. Applications are open until March 1st and are completely free of charge.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to complete their studies and prepare for the job market. The courses are offered in the municipalities of Alegrete, Jaguari, Júlio de Castilhos, Santa Rosa, and São Borja, in the evening shift. In addition, students can receive maintenance scholarships starting at R$200.00.
Available Free Technical Courses And Locations
- At the Alegrete Campus, 38 spots are available for the technical course in Agroindustry. Applications must be made until March 1st, and documents can be delivered at the campus or at the office located in downtown Alegrete. - At the Jaguari Campus, there are 31 spots for the technical course in Commerce. Applications are also open until March 1st, and documents must be delivered at the campus from 8 AM to 5 PM. - At the Júlio de Castilhos Campus, 18 spots are offered for the technical course in Commerce. Applications follow the same deadline, until March 1st, and documents must be delivered from 8 AM to 10 PM. - Lastly, at the São Borja Campus, there are 24 spots for the technical course in Gastronomy, with applications open until March 1st, and documents must be delivered at the campus. The announcement regulating the selection for the São Borja Campus is available at this link
Application Process
To apply, it is necessary to physically visit the unit and deliver the following documents: identity card (RG), CPF, proof of residence, and proof of completion of elementary school (completion record with completion certificate). In addition, it is necessary to fill out the enrollment request form.
