Applications for the Formare Program in Betim, conceived by Stellantis, are officially open. Aiming to provide vocational training to young people in situations of economic and social vulnerability, the program offers 20 slots for the Industrial Automotive Operations Assistant course. Applications for the Formare Program can be made until January 11, 2025.

Requirements to Participate in the Stellantis Program
Interested candidates must meet some specific requirements to participate in the Formare Program.
In addition to being between 17 and 18 years old, it is necessary to reside in Betim and be enrolled in or have completed high school at a public school.
Another requirement for Formare is that participants must have a family income per capita of up to one minimum wage and must not have participated in previous vocational courses.
Additionally, there can be no first-degree kinship with Stellantis employees.
The Stellantis believes that training these young people will be an important step towards a better future.
The Formare Program, which offers professional qualification opportunities, provides benefits such as scholarships, transportation, meals, uniforms, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and educational materials for all participants.
