Stellantis opens registration for 20 vacancies in the Formare program in Betim, offering professional training to young people in vulnerable situations.

Registration is officially open for the Formare Program in Betim, designed by Stellantis. With the aim of offering professional training to young people in situations of economic and social vulnerability, the program offers 20 places for the Industrial Automotive Operations Assistant course. Applications for the Formare Program can be made until January 11, 2025.

About the Formare program

The Formare Program, in partnership with the Iochpe Foundation, has the mission of providing formation of high quality, preparing young people for the job market.

Stellantis believes in the power of training to transform lives, and the Formare Program is one of the initiatives that reinforce this commitment.

The company invests in opportunities for those who most need access to education and the job market, and the Formare Program reflects exactly this proposal.

In Betim, Stellantis is bringing Formare with the same mission it had in Porto Real, in Rio de Janeiro, where more than 200 young people have already received professional training.

The Formare Program has proven to be an excellent tool for social inclusion and youth development, aligning training with the needs of the automotive market, and now, it has 20 more vacancies for young people from Betim.

Requirements to participate in the Stellantis program

Candidates interested in participating in the Formare Program must meet some specific requirements.

In addition to being between 17 and 18 years old, you must reside in Betim and be studying or have completed high school in a public school.

Another requirement for Formare is that participants have a per capita family income of up to one minimum wage and that they have not participated in previous professional training courses.

Furthermore, there cannot be any first-degree kinship with Stellantis employees.

A stellantis believes that the training of these young people will be an important step towards a better future.

Formare, which offers professional qualification opportunities, brings benefits such as scholarships, transportation, food, uniforms, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and teaching materials for all participants.

Formare program methodology
