The complete elevator maintenance course combines theoretical and practical teachings, essential for comprehensive training.

Selected students will receive a scholarship of R$ 1,410 at the end of each completed month, according to Atlas Schindler’s program. This initiative aims not only to qualify but also to invest in the future of students, preparing them to enter a field with high demand.

Participation Requirements

To enroll in the free technical course by Atlas Schindler, it is necessary to:

Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration;
Have completed high school;
Have aptitude in the areas of electrical and mechanical, proven by an ongoing or completed course in these fields.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of two stages:

First Phase (July): Behavioral test, technical test, and document collection.
Second Phase (August): Panels and dynamics conducted in locations where the company is present.

The available positions are in 13 locations in Brazil: Fortaleza (CE), Recife (PE), Salvador (BA), Goiânia (GO), Brasília (DF), Belo Horizonte (MG), Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Campinas (SP), Santos (SP), São Paulo (SP), Curitiba (PR), Florianópolis (SC), and Porto Alegre (RS). Certification and Future Opportunities

At the end of the program, students will be evaluated and, if approved, will receive a completion certificate. This certificate acts as a passport to participate in selection processes at Atlas Schindler, if there are open vacancies.
