The Korean car brand, one of the largest in the automotive sector, was awarded the UOL Car Award in the “Best After-Sales” category.
“I am very proud because we received this award last year and have won it again. More important than anything is receiving it this year during the pandemic, in which we didn’t know what would happen to the world. When everything started, our intention was to protect our customer, and we thus took strong action with the dealership network to prepare them for receiving customers, and thankfully I believe we have overcome all of this,” declared the president of Kia Motors at the UOL Car Awards.
