Ocyan sells the platform ODN Delba III to a Dutch company. OOS Energy, a subsidiary of the Dutch company OOS International, took over the semi-submersible drilling platform ODN Delba III from Ocyan on November 7.

The company added that the management and office team began preparing the rig for its trip to Mexico after the delivery.

The preparation included finalizing all necessary documentation and certification, according to the interim audits conducted and successfully approved.

According to OOS, the ODN Delba III left Guanabara Bay on Saturday, November 9, to work on a project in Mexico.
