Last Tuesday, on the 6th, during CES 2026, Motorola officially introduced the Motorola Signature, a smartphone that marks a strategic break in the manufacturer’s premium line.
The model inaugurates a new family of devices and abandons the Edge Ultra nomenclature, having previously been known as Edge 70 Ultra.

Reinforced Construction and Visual Signature by Pantone
The Motorola Signature inherits established characteristics from the Edge line, such as a robust construction complying with military standard MIL-STD-810H.
The device features an aluminum body, IP68 and IP69 certifications against dust and water jets, in addition to a premium material rear finish.

The exclusive Pantone Martini Olive and Pantone Carbon colors enhance the model’s visual appeal.
Extreme AMOLED Display with High Brightness
On the front, the Motorola Signature features a 6.8-inch Extreme AMOLED display, with a 1.5K resolution and a variable refresh rate of up to 165 Hz.
The quad-curved display has a central hole, integrated fingerprint reader, and reaches up to 6,200 nits of peak brightness, ensuring excellent visibility in any environment.

The performance of the Motorola Signature is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 platform, accompanied by 12 GB or 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM. The internal storage can be 256 GB, 512 GB, or even 1 TB in the UFS 4.1 standard.

To maintain high performance, Motorola has adopted an advanced cooling system with a copper mesh and liquid metal, specifically designed for gaming.
Modern Battery and Complete Connectivity
The Motorola Signature uses a silicon-carbon battery with a 5,200 mAh capacity, compatible with 90W wired Turbo Power fast charging and 50W wireless charging.

In terms of connectivity, the model offers support for 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC for contactless payments.
Camera System Focuses on Versatility
Another highlight of the Motorola Signature is the photographic system. The main camera features a Sony LYTIA 828 sensor with 50 MP and optical image stabilization (OIS).
The setup also includes a 50 MP ultrawide lens and a periscope/telephoto lens with a 50 MP LYTIA 600 sensor, capable of 3x optical zoom and digital zoom of up to 100x.
The front camera also boasts 50 MP. For video, the device records in up to 8K with Dolby Vision and offers slow motion in 4K on the main camera.
Android 16 with Moto AI and Extended Support
Out of the box with Android 16, the Motorola Signature incorporates the Moto AI suite, which includes features based on artificial intelligence.
Among them are integration with Gemini, Copilot, object removal in photos, smart reminder creation, and other automations. Motorola guarantees seven years of Android and security updates.

Price of the Motorola Signature
The Motorola Signature will initially be sold in the United States and European countries, starting at € 999, equivalent to about R$ 6,275 in direct conversion.
