Moura, a Brazilian company famous for its batteries, recently launched an e-bike called Ella as part of its urban mobility initiatives. Is It Possible to Ride the Electric Bike on the Streets?

If it exceeds this value, it will be classified as a motor vehicle, requiring registration and a license for use.
