Professional Qualification Courses With Open Enrollment Offer A Great Opportunity For Those Looking To Enhance Their Skills
The City Hall of Cubatão, on the coast of São Paulo, announced the opening of enrollment for professional qualification courses under the program “Creating Connections.” The initiative is part of an effort to boost local entrepreneurship and offer new opportunities for training.
There are 100 spots available distributed among four areas: crafts, gastronomy, music, and tour guides and monitors.
The courses, which provide a certificate of completion to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance, will be held in person at Parque Anilinas, located on Avenida Nove de Abril, in the city center. Classes are scheduled to start on January 13.

More than 200 free and fully online courses with certificates are open for registration for people from all over Brazil, in areas such as technology, programming, management, and languages, and can be secured without fees, without a selection process, and only with a CPF and email until the end of June.

Enrollment Open Until November 24
Those interested in participating must register by November 24 through a link provided by the municipal administration. The selection will be made by the city hall, and the list of selected candidates will be published three days after the registration deadline.
To compete for one of the spots, it is necessary to meet some specific criteria: be over 18 years old, reside in Cubatão, and have an active CNPJ registered in the municipality, with the National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE) compatible with the areas offered by the courses.
Partnership With Sebrae And Focus On Entrepreneurship
The initiative is carried out in partnership with the Brazilian Service of Support for Micro and Small Enterprises (Sebrae). According to the city hall, the program aims to strengthen the support network for local entrepreneurship, benefiting both residents and tourists visiting the region.
With training in the areas of gastronomy, crafts, and music, the municipality intends to encourage the creation of new business opportunities and improve the offering of cultural and tourist services. Additionally, the courses for guides and monitors aim to meet a growing demand in the tourism sector, which is one of the strategic areas for the economic development of Cubatão.
