The New Pickup Debuts as an Energy Solution for Agribusiness, with Outlets in the Bed, Partnership with Drones, and Promise of Up to 517 km of Range.
The Riddara RD6, the first fully imported electric pickup by the Timber Group, was officially presented to the Brazilian market as a robust and sustainable alternative for the agricultural sector. With a 272 hp electric motor, a battery of up to 86 kWh, and the ability to serve as a mobile power source, the model aims to meet the growing demand for cleaner, more efficient vehicles connected to work in the field.
The public debut of the RD6 takes place at Agrishow 2025, the foremost agricultural technology fair in Latin America, held from April 28 to May 2, in Ribeirão Preto (SP). The exhibition also marks the announcement of the 4WD version with 428 hp, which expands the brand’s range and reinforces the focus on properties with challenging terrains.
Riddara RD6 Arrives with 86 kWh Battery and 272 hp Motor for Field Use
Designed to meet the daily needs of those working in the field, the Riddara RD6 electric pickup stands out for combining performance, range, and practicality. The version launched in Brazil features a 272 hp motor, 39.1 kgfm torque, and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.3 seconds. With battery options of up to 86 kWh, the vehicle can achieve a range of up to 517 km, depending on the configuration.

The RD6’s bed has also been adapted for the agricultural audience: it includes electrical outlets capable of recharging drones, tools, and equipment used in crops and farms. This functionality transforms the pickup into a true mobile power hub, ideal for remote areas without easy access to the electrical grid.
Partnership with XAG Drones Expands the Application of the New Electric Pickup in Agribusiness
The presentation of the RD6 at Agrishow also celebrates the strategic partnership between Riddara and the agricultural drone manufacturer XAG, represented by the same Timber Group. The idea is to position the pickup as a support vehicle for drone operations, especially in aerial spraying activities.
During the fair, the model will demonstrate its ability to recharge up to 90 drone batteries with a full charge, reinforcing its utility as mobile infrastructure for medium and large farms. This functionality enhances the appeal of the Riddara RD6 as a practical solution for reducing fossil fuel costs and increasing energy efficiency.
4×4 Version of Riddara RD6 Electric Pickup is a Highlight at Agrishow 2025
Another major attraction of Riddara at Agrishow 2025 is the debut of the 4WD version of the electric pickup, equipped with two motors that together deliver 428 hp of power and a 72 kWh battery. Additionally, the model features a terrain selector, designed to handle rugged areas, mud, and steep inclines — common situations in rural properties.
The 4×4 configuration, however, is not yet approved for sale in Brazil. According to brand representatives, adaptation tests for the national market are in an advanced stage, with an official launch expected in 2026.
Prices of Riddara RD6 Start at R$ 249,990 and Sales Have Already Started
The Riddara RD6 began selling in Brazil at the end of 2024, with prices starting at R$ 249,990, in Standard and Luxury versions. Since then, the model has already registered 17 units licensed, according to Denatran data, indicating a cautious but promising entry into the national automotive market.
The brand focuses on differentiators such as connectivity, energy efficiency, and suitability for agricultural use to attract consumers who traditionally opt for diesel models like Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger, or Chevrolet S10.
The commercialization of the Riddara RD6 electric pickup is currently concentrated in Curitiba (PR), where the brand’s first dealership will be inaugurated in the second half of 2025. The Timber Group, responsible for import and distribution, plans to gradually expand the sales network, prioritizing capitals with the potential for adopting sustainable technologies in the field.
The initial focus is on clients linked to agribusiness and technological innovation, with an emphasis on producers who already use drones, solar energy, and automation of agricultural processes.
