Significant Participation in the C and D SUV Segments
In the C and D SUV segments, OMODA & JAECOO also demonstrated remarkable performance. Market share grew by 22%, reaching a record level of 4.7%. This advancement was driven mainly by the Jaecoo 7, which surpassed the milestone of 1,000 units sold in December, establishing itself as one of the main growth drivers of the Brazilian operation.
The performance reinforces the brand’s competitiveness in strategic segments of the automotive market and supports the expansion of its portfolio in the country.
Portfolio Drives Sales and Consolidates Presence in Electrified Vehicles
The Jaecoo 7 SHS was the main commercial highlight of 2025. With 4,917 units sold, the model established itself as one of the pillars of the operation in Brazil and increased the relevance of the plug-in hybrid segment in the national market.

The performance contributed directly to position OMODA & JAECOO among the fastest-growing brands in the country and reinforced the company’s global objective of leading the development of hybrid technologies.
Launched at the end of October, the Omoda 5 HEV registered 1,300 units sold in just over a month and a half of sales. The rapid acceptance of the model reflects the combination of design, technology, and energy efficiency, in addition to its proposition that unites performance and economy in a hybrid SUV. The high demand at dealerships at the end of 2025 reinforced the model’s positioning in the Brazilian market.
Meanwhile, the Omoda E5, the brand’s first 100% electric vehicle in the country, closed the year with 740 units sold. The performance increased OMODA & JAECOO’s share to 3.3% in the electrified segment in 2025, strengthening its competitiveness in one of the most strategic markets in the automotive industry.

The portfolio was further expanded with the launch of the Omoda 7, in October, which recorded 188 units sold in the initial sales period, marking the start of a more premium offering and reinforcing the brand’s presence in the medium SUV segment.
Brand Consolidation and Foundations for Sustainable Growth
The results achieved in 2025 reflect a year dedicated to brand building, expanding the dealership network, strengthening institutional presence, and creating a consistent connection with Brazilian consumers. In just nine months of operation, OMODA & JAECOO established solid foundations for sustainable growth in the country.
Starting in 2026, the company enters a new stage of its journey in Brazil, supported by five strategic pillars that will guide the next expansion cycle: development of people and strengthening the local team; expanding the product portfolio with the launches of Jaecoo 5, Jaecoo 8, and Omoda 4; advancing studies for local production; expanding and consolidating the dealership network; and excellence in customer experience in sales and after-sales processes.
More than commercial objectives, OMODA & JAECOO’s vision for 2026 is aligned with a clear strategic purpose: to build in Brazil a brand made by Brazilians for Brazilians, capable of generating trust, identification, and relevance in the national automotive market.
The strategy combines innovation, technology, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to the development of the industry.
With a structured operational base, an expanding portfolio, and leadership focused on sustainable growth, OMODA & JAECOO begins 2026 ready to expand its presence in the Brazilian market and consolidate its position as one of the new protagonists of the automotive industry in the country.
