The company offers a scholarship ranging from R$ 737 to R$ 1,209 (Technical Level) and from R$ 1,043.28 to R$ 1,869.84 (Higher Education/Bachelor’s, Technologist, and Licentiate), in addition to other benefits such as meal vouchers or cafeteria, transportation assistance or shuttle, medical insurance, life insurance, tire discounts, GymPass, Premium Club, Christmas Basket, and PAP.
