For the deal to proceed, there are several conditions. One of them is that Petrobras’s current partner in Rabo Branco, Petrom, does not exercise its right of first refusal in the transaction. Another condition is the approval of the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas, and Biofuels (ANP).
