Radio Operator
Previous experience in the role is required, complete radio operator training (Anatel License, CNS 014, GMDSS, and CHT), and advanced English will be a differential. Responsible for conducting radio communications for the unit, following instructions from on-board management, being responsible for checking the system of all radio equipment, coordinating communications between the helicopter and the platform, and ensuring that the landing and takeoff agent establishes communication with the helicopter, as well as monitoring and updating flight lists for embarkation and disembarkation verification.

Business Partner – Corporate
A complete degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, or related fields is required, advanced Office skills, ability to build graphical analyses, previous experience in the role is desirable, and a postgraduate/MBA is a plus.
Responsible for understanding the demands of areas focused on a good selection, defining job positions and requirements alongside managers, monitoring the selection and recruitment process to ensure SLA compliance. Ensure the execution of mandatory and development training and align with employees on specific training paths and self-development.
Safety Engineer
A degree in engineering with a postgraduate degree in safety at work, experience in the oil and gas industry is necessary. Responsible for developing recommendations and monitoring actions, programs, and SMS projects, conducting, responding to, and participating in SMS audits and audits of offshore and onshore facilities, tools, and equipment, and participating in ISM Code audits in offshore units, among others.
