Petrobras wants to sell the three large marine pipelines that connect the pre-salt fields in the Santos Basin to the mainland. According to Petrobras’s Director of Refining and Gas, Anelise Lara, a company to combine these three pipelines should be created by the end of this year.
According to the executive, the idea is to seek a partner next year, which could be done through a public offering of shares in the capital market.
