Grupo Wilson Sons Invests R$ 443 Million in Works at Tecon, and 100 New Jobs Are Expected to Be Generated
The first stage of the expansion works of the Container Terminal (Tecon) in Salvador-BA is nearing completion. Currently, the terminal has the capacity to move up to 430,000 containers per year, and after the works are completed, this number is expected to increase to 925,000. It is estimated that 100 new jobs will be generated with the start of operations at the new pier.
The works at Tecon, operated by Wilson Sons, are already considered one of the largest infrastructure projects in Bahia. With rapid progress, the first part of the work is expected to be completed by next April and is valued at R$ 443 million.

Main Activities: Perform preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance, and preservation on mechanical equipment of vessels; handle equipment and its parts using load handling accessories such as manual hoists, straps, turks, etc.
