Who Can Register for the Free Course Spots?
Women who live anywhere in the state, who are over 16 years old and have internet access can register. There are ten options for free courses available, and candidates may choose two of them. Registration will be through the Qualificar ES website.
The free courses take place in the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA), on the Qualificar ES website, and classes can be taken at any time, using smartphones, tablets, and computers. Students have access to downloadable materials, participate in discussion forums, and receive certification upon completion of the courses.

The Partnership between SECTI and the Vice-Governorship
The offer is a partnership between the Secretary of Science, Technology, Innovation and Professional Education, which carries out the Qualificar ES Program, and the Vice-Governorship of the State, which develops the Agenda Mulher Program.
The State Secretary of the Secretary of Science, Technology, Innovation and Professional Education, Tyago Hoffmann, commented on the offer of spots on International Women’s Day: “This is a way to continue the objective of SECTI and the Vice-Governorship in empowering the women of Espírito Santo. Celebrating such an important and significant date not only for women but for all of us, by offering free and distance learning courses is to encourage women’s independence through knowledge and income generation,” he noted.
