Program Is Totally Free And Offers In-Person Classes At Various Senac Locations In The State Of Rio. Applications Are Open Until April 25.

Senac RJ is offering 234 spots in free courses for young people aged between 16 and 21. The initiative is part of the Portal do Futuro program, which helps those entering the job market to prepare better for their first job.

According to the official Senac website and information from Catraca Livre, the program will offer in-person courses at various institution locations. Classes start on May 5 and interested individuals must register by April 25.

How Do The Free Courses At Senac RJ Work?

The Portal do Futuro is a program aimed at those who want to learn practically and understand how the world of work operates. During the course, students develop skills in coexistence, citizenship, professional behavior, and technology use in daily life.

Where Will The In-Person Courses Take Place?

The classes will occur in-person at Senac units in the following locations:

Barra da Tijuca
Campo Grande
Copacabana
Irajá
Madureira
Centro Politécnico
Petrópolis
Resende

The course is 100% free and lasts approximately 3 months, with practical activities and guidance from experienced professionals.

Who Can Participate In The Courses?

To participate in the free courses at Senac RJ, it is necessary to:

Be between 16 and 21 years old
Be enrolled in at least the 1st year of high school
Have a family income of up to two minimum wages per person

Minors must be accompanied by a guardian at the time of registration. It is also necessary to present ID, CPF, proof of schooling, and proof of residence.

How To Register For The Free Courses?

Registration can be done until April 25, 2025. The process is simple: just access the program’s site portaldofuturo.rj.senac.br and fill in the requested information.

After registration, the young person will undergo an interview. Spots are filled according to the criteria of the Senac Free Program (PSG).
