New Suzuki Motorcycle Introduced to the Indian Market in 2025. Meet the Suzuki V-Strom 250 SX, a Model That Stands Out in India and May Arrive Here Soon Soon.

Suzuki has just launched the V-Strom 250 SX in India, a motorcycle that is already emerging as one of the most desired in its category, even among Brazilians. The manufacturer is eyeing the national market and evaluating the possibility of bringing this model to Brazil, although there is still no official confirmation. In this article, we will explore all the details about the new Suzuki V-Strom 250 SX, a motorcycle that is gaining prominence in the competitive Indian market and attracting the attention of two-wheel enthusiasts worldwide.

The Suzuki V-Strom 250 SX has been updated in India, and now we have new colors, new graphics, more technology, and a new motorcycle from Suzuki that is worth checking out.

The model has just been launched and is not even on Suzuki’s website in India, but it’s already possible to see that we have a new color here. The Suzuki V-Strom 250 SX continues with mixed-use tires, alloy wheels, traditional suspension, and above all, this new red color.

The new Suzuki motorcycle features a LED headlight, halogen taillights, a medium-sized windscreen, hand guards, and an air and oil-cooled engine. The Suzuki V-Strom 250 SX comes equipped with a black-painted single-cylinder engine.

The model features a short exhaust, split seat, USB port, digital panel, smartphone connectivity, and integrated navigation. This way, the rider can put their phone in their pocket or bag and follow directions through the motorcycle’s panel. This panel of the new Suzuki motorcycle is quite comprehensive, featuring a clock and all functions of the motorcycle displayed on its screen.

New Suzuki Motorcycle Delivers 26 Horsepower

In terms of specifications, the Suzuki V-Strom 250 SX features a single-cylinder engine with air and oil cooling. It has four valves, is a SOHC with a displacement of 249 cm³, and a compression ratio of 10.7 to 1, which means it would perform well with the gasoline available here in Brazil. The torque is good, with 2.2 kg-m at 7300 RPM and 26.5 horsepower at 9300 RPM.

It’s a slightly higher-revving engine, where the rider doesn’t have much torque at low RPM, but from 7000 RPM onward, the motorcycle wakes up and delivers all its power. We have a six-speed transmission, making the new Suzuki motorcycle ideal for highway riding, easing the strain on the engine and making it quite economical.

The fuel tank is a standard 12 L and the motorcycle weighs 167 kg in running order. Thus, it is a lightweight motorcycle, and the seat height does not intimidate shorter riders, at just 835 mm, with a wheelbase of 1440 mm.

Brazilian Market Is Not Left Out of Suzuki’s Plans

Even if this new Suzuki motorcycle does not arrive in Brazil for now, at least two new motorcycles are set to be launched by the brand this year. These are the GSX-S 1000 GX and GSX-8R models, which were introduced at the Milan Motorcycle Show in November and have already been confirmed for Brazil by J Toledo da Amazônia, which represents the brand here.

The GSX-S 1000 GX is a high-displacement crossover that uses the same engine as the touring sport GSX-S 1000 GT and the Naked GSX-1000, which are already sold here. Meanwhile, the GSX-8R is a fairing version of the Naked GSX-8S that is already available here for R$ 51,500.
