TechnipFMC Delivers Installation Campaign for Phase II in the Peregrino Field to Equinor
The company recently completed the installation campaign for Peregrino II for Equinor in the Campos Basin. The operation is part of the engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) contract secured in September 2017.
Fernando Fontes, director of the Peregrino Phase II project, said: “Executing the logistics of people and materials during a pandemic required specific and additional care to ensure the health and safety of all. All of this was only possible thanks to the hard work of the teams from both projects – TechnipFMC and Equinor.”
The operator of the Peregrino field is Equinor, with a 60% stake, also in partnership with the Chinese company Sinochem (40% stake).
