The governor of Paraíba, João Azevêdo, signed a letter of intent with the Danish wind energy company Vestas at the Palácio da Redenção, located in João Pessoa, at the end of last month. The company is developing a project for the installation of wind energy parks, aiming to bring the projects to the municipalities of Araruna, Riachão, Cacimba de Dentro, Cuité, and Damião. The project, named Fragata, promises to generate approximately 600 direct and indirect jobs during the construction phase.

Quality Intern: Studying Engineering (2 years until graduation preferred), Fluent in English, Spanish is desirable.
Contract Administrator: Bachelor’s degree in Law. Engineering, Management, and other related degrees may be accepted if the candidate has experience with Contract Management; 5+ years of experience with energy/infrastructure agreements; experience in the wind energy industry is considered an advantage; good communication skills in English (and local language) for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Contracts.
Graduate Program – Business & Commercial: Must have or complete by September 2023 a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree from the university with limited full-time work experience after graduation. We are open to various educational backgrounds; have a solid understanding of business concepts; have an international mindset and preferably lived or studied abroad; possess a valid visa/work permit in the country you are applying to; be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
Sales Engineer: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Engineering; Fluency in English is required, Spanish is desirable; good business skills; good general knowledge of office packages, and SAP is considered; 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the energy sector.
