While a conventional house can take months or even years between foundation, structure, finishing, and key delivery, an Argentine company decided to take a completely different path. The Hüga Home was designed to leave the factory almost ready, be transported by truck, and installed on the site in less than a day, drastically reducing the time needed to transform an empty lot into a habitable residence.
The project was developed by the Argentine company Hüga Technology, originating from the architecture studio Grandio, and bets on an unusual concept for the compact house market: using prefabricated reinforced concrete instead of light wood or steel structures. The elevated internal height, abundant natural lighting, and large glazed surfaces help reduce the feeling of confinement usually associated with compact dwellings.

Mobility allows moving the house when necessary
Although made of concrete, the Hüga Home was not conceived as a fixed structure. The company states that the residence can be removed and transported to another location if the owner wishes to change the land. The modular system allows relocation using a truck and crane, something rare for constructions of this type. This feature expands the possibilities of use.
An owner can install the unit in a rural area, use it for a few years, and later move it to another location without needing to build a new residence from scratch.
