New line of Honda’s medium crossover/adventure maintains the known technical package, debuts Metallic Silver color and retains items such as twin-cylinder engine, TFT panel, Showa suspension, torque control, dual-channel ABS, and 3-year unlimited mileage warranty.
The Honda NX500 2027 arrives at the brand’s dealership network in Brazil with a new color option, a suggested retail price of R$ 46,260.00, and the same technical set as the previous line, which combines a twin-cylinder engine, Showa suspension, dual-channel ABS brakes, and an electronic package focused on safety.
The main change is the inclusion of the Metallic Silver paint, which now accompanies the Red and Pearl Black options.
The mechanical configuration has not been altered, maintaining the proposal of a crossover/adventure motorcycle for mixed use, with urban, road, and unpaved sections application.

Honda NX500 2027 maintains 471 cm³ twin-cylinder engine
The NX500 2027 preserves the DOHC twin-cylinder engine with four valves per cylinder, inclined at 20 degrees and with liquid cooling.
The engine delivers 49.6 hp at 8,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 4.50 kgf.m at 7,000 rpm, numbers maintained in the new line.

This set works with a six-speed gearbox and an assisted and slipper clutch.
In practice, the system reduces the effort in lever operation and helps control rear wheel reactions in stronger reductions, especially when there is less grip on the ground.
The fuel system remains the electronic PGM-FI, a solution already used by the brand in different models.
With the 17.5-liter fuel tank reported by Honda for the NX500 family, the range can exceed 400 km, depending on the type of use, driving pace, load, and road conditions.
Showa Suspension and Mixed-use Wheels on the Honda NX500
The structure of the Honda NX500 2027 uses a Diamond-type steel chassis, a configuration applied to reconcile rigidity, control, and versatility.
At the front, the motorcycle features Showa SFF-BP suspension with 41 mm diameter tubes and 133 mm travel.
At the rear, the Pro-Link system works with an adjustable monoshock and 135 mm travel.
The combination was maintained to meet different driving scenarios, from daily commutes to highway trips and moderate off-road conditions.

The wheels continue with a 19-inch rim at the front and 17-inch at the rear, a common size in models with a light adventure proposal.
The Dunlop Trailmax Mixtour tires are mixed-use and appear in sizes 110/80R at the front and 160/60R at the rear.
The choice of this set reinforces the NX500’s position within the crossover/adventure segment, without turning it into an extreme off-road motorcycle.
The proposal is to offer balance for those who alternate between asphalt, secondary roads, and urban routes with different types of pavement.
Two-channel ABS and HSTC Torque Control
The braking system of the NX500 2027 maintains two-channel ABS.
At the front, there are two 296 mm diameter Wave discs, with Nissin axial mount calipers.
At the rear, the Wave-type disc is also 240 mm and works with a single-piston caliper.
Among the electronic features, the model remains equipped with HSTC, which stands for Honda Selectable Torque Control.
The torque control can be selected by the rider and also turned off via a command positioned on the left handle.
The package also includes ESS, or Emergency Stop Signal.
In sudden braking, the system automatically activates the hazard lights to warn other drivers and motorcyclists, a feature aimed at reducing the risk of rear-end collisions in emergency situations.
5-inch TFT Panel and Full LED Lighting

The motorcycle’s information center consists of a 5-inch color TFT panel.
According to Honda, the equipment offers three graphic options, three types of background, and an onboard computer, with navigation done via the backlit four-way control on the left handle.
The lighting set is entirely LED.
The NX500 2027 features dual headlights, direction indicators, and a rear light with this technology, maintaining the visual and functional standard already adopted in the line.
Other daily use elements remain in the model, such as the two-level seat, side handles for luggage attachment, and the front fairing with a windshield.
These items reinforce the motorcycle’s orientation for longer trips, without sacrificing practicality in urban use.
Price of the Honda NX500 2027, Colors, and Revisions
The Honda NX500 2027 is expected to arrive at the brand’s dealerships starting in June, in Red, Pearl Black, and Metallic Silver colors.
The new silver paint is the only visual novelty reported by the manufacturer for the line.
The suggested retail price is R$ 46,260.00, based on São Paulo/SP and excluding freight or insurance.

As with other models, the final price may vary depending on the region, dealership, and local costs applied to the sale.
The warranty coverage is 3 years, with no mileage limit.
The Honda Assistance accompanies the warranty period and offers service in Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia, according to the manufacturer’s program conditions.
The maintenance plan provides for the first revision at 1,000 km or six months of use.
After that, the intervals become 6,000 km or six months, whichever comes first within the schedule defined by the brand.
Without mechanical or structural changes, the 2027 NX500 line focuses the update on the new Metallic Silver color and retains the already known package: 471 cc twin-cylinder engine, Showa suspension, TFT panel, HSTC torque control, two-channel ABS, and unlimited mileage warranty.
