The initiative, titled Journey of Training 2025: Integral and Transformative Education, is promoted by the Faculty of Education and is part of the Schools2030 program.

About the Free Course Offered by USP

Structure and Workload of the Training
The free course from USP will be 100% online, with meetings broadcasted via teleconference. The total workload is 150 hours and participants who complete all stages will receive a certificate.

Themes and Modules of the Journey
The Journey will be divided into six thematic meetings, held between September and November 2025. Each stage focuses on different aspects of pedagogical practice and educational management:
September 15 – Meeting 1: Integral and Transformative Education, Educational Innovation, and Dimensions Prioritized by the MEC.
September 29 – Meeting 2: Agency and Intersectoral Relationships.
October 13 – Meeting 3: Educational Environment, Empathy, and Action Research.
October 27 – Meeting 4: Collaboration, Educational Management, and Curriculum.
November 10 – Meeting 5: Self-Knowledge, Creativity, and Dialogic Teaching Methodologies.
November 24 – Meeting 6: Evaluation and Conclusion of the Journey.
Who Can Participate in the Free Course at USP?
The open spots at USP are intended for professionals from educational organizations — both school and non-school — and for technicians from managing bodies of teaching networks.
Among the target audiences are managers, pedagogical coordinators, teachers, and other agents involved in pedagogical practice and school management.
According to the university, selection will be made in order of registration, without an additional classification process.
Objectives of the Training
USP emphasizes that the general objective is to stimulate investigation, debate, and exchange among different educational organizations and school networks, creating a learning community around integral and transformative education.
In the specific field, the Journey aims to generate learning related to curriculum, school management, teaching methodologies, school environment, and intersectoral relationships.
Another highlight is the application of action research, a methodology used in the Schools2030 program, which encourages educators to develop research projects in their institutions.
Furthermore, managers will be able to develop plans of support measures for the promotion of integral education in their networks.
