According to the CEO and event organizer Paulo Silveira, the goal of the course is to professionally qualify people of different ages who wish to start a career in the job market during this moment of economic recovery.
“During the immersions, participants developed their personal pages, and many created portfolios and sites that were different from what was proposed during the course period, thinking outside the box. I find that incredible!” says Silveira, who is responsible for promoting several meetings and initiatives for those working in the field and wishing to advance their careers. In other immersions, participants developed AluraQuiz, a mechanism capable of challenging people with questions and answers to show how much the user dominates a particular subject.
Alura also provided immersions for students to make games, including using JavaScript programming language and learn concepts in CSS, technology used to create homepages. The use of both tools will be taught in this new Immersion Dev, edition number three, set to start in September.
People of different ages with no prior experience who are interested in taking the first step in a programming career can register until September 12 for the Immersion Dev event offered by Alura, the largest course platform in the technology field. Classes will be completely online and free between the 13th and 24th of next month.
Registration: At the end of each course, students obtain a portfolio that proves their participation and knowledge. Interested individuals who wish to ensure their presence in the next edition of Immersion Dev, should register at this link
