Company Opens Headquarters on Marginal Tietê on September 1st After Four Months of Construction and Prepares to Open New Stores by 2027
The Andra Group, with over 50 years of experience in the electrical materials sector, announced an investment of R$ 4 million in the relocation of its administrative headquarters. The new structure, located on Marginal Tietê in São Paulo, will have 900 square meters and will allow for a tripling of available space and a doubling of the workforce capacity. The official opening will be on August 25, 2025, and operations at the new address will commence on September 1, 2025.
Administrative Expansion and Focus on Growth
According to the company, the previous headquarters in Casa Verde could no longer accommodate the pace of growth. The new space was designed to accommodate up to 150 employees, facilitating synergy among teams and the creation of new departments. Furthermore, the move symbolizes a cultural and organizational repositioning.
Renan Braga, expansion manager, highlighted that “the previous headquarters limited management and internal processes, which also motivated the cultural restructuring. The new headquarters reflects this new phase and will allow for the expansion of existing departments, as well as the creation of new areas”.

Modernization, Digitalization, and Well-Being
The new office reflects the visual identity of the Andra Electrical Materials stores and was designed to enhance collaboration and innovation. With relaxation areas and technological infrastructure, the company aims to digitize processes, reduce task execution time, and increase productivity.
According to Sandro Melo, administrative and financial director, “investment in technology is essential to ensure higher quality, enhance productivity, and increase precision in organizational control”.
Expansion Plans and Financial Projections
In addition to the new headquarters, Andra plans to open two new stores within the next six months, followed by another two within a year. The medium-term goal is to reach 2027 with more operational units, already supported by the newly expanded logistical and administrative base.
According to Melo, the expansion plan anticipates a 20% revenue growth in 2026, supported by this infrastructure.
Logistical Efficiency and Impact on Delivery Times
Alongside the inauguration of the headquarters, the company strengthened its logistics with the move to a new Distribution Center (CD). This transition resulted in significant improvements in delivery times.
The logistics director, Fábio Brito, explained that the new CD reduced the product replenishment time to branches from 5 to 7 days to just 1 to 2 days. As a result, it became possible to reevaluate inventories, reduce delays by over 98%, and even expedite deadlines for 30% of orders.
He emphasized that “the accuracy of deliveries is excellent, and errors have been eliminated”, reinforcing the importance of logistical efficiency as a competitive advantage.
Timeline of the Headquarters Move

Team Approval and Strategic Location
Another positive aspect was employee acceptance, as the new location, close to the Barra Funda subway, facilitates commuting. The company emphasizes that the proximity to public transport and the expanded structure contribute to the well-being and productivity of employees.
