The City Hall of Londrina, in collaboration with the Government of Paraná, announced the opening of registrations for nine free professional qualification courses in the first semester of 2025. The initiative, coordinated by the Municipal Department of Work, Employment and Income (SMTER), aims to boost employability and entrepreneurship in the region.
Strategic Partnership for Professional Development
The free qualification courses will be taught by the National Commercial Learning Service (Senac) at the unit located at Rua Raposo Tavares, 894. The partnership between the City Hall and the Government of Paraná seeks to provide quality training in high-demand areas in the job market.

- Pizza Preparer
- Assertive Communication
- Women’s Haircut and Blow Dry
Creating Opportunities
The Municipal Secretary of Work, Employment and Income, Cesar Makiolke, emphasized the importance of the partnership between the municipal and state governments. “When different federal entities work together for the citizen, the population benefits. We already have plans to expand the courses next semester,” he stated.

The State Secretary of Work, Qualification and Income, Mauro Moraes, reinforced that professional training is essential for generating employment and income in Paraná. “We are investing in programs that train workers for market demands, ensuring that Paraná continues to grow and create opportunities for all,” he said.
Registrations for Free Courses
Those interested in the free courses can register through the SMTER website [click here], while spots are available. Unemployed workers will have priority in the selection, ensuring that those who need it most can access the professional qualification offered by Senac.
With these new programs, Londrina now has more than 20 options for free professional qualification just in the first semester of 2025, highlighting the city’s commitment to the professional development of its workers.
