Foresea Diploma 48 Trainees in the Offshore Development Program, Highlighting Technical Training and Supervised Embarkations.
Foresea has just completed an important training cycle in its Offshore Development Program, training 48 new professionals ready to embark. This initiative, which aligns with the best industry standards, is essential for preparing technicians who will directly operate the company’s offshore operations. The focus of the program is to ensure that trainees receive not only the essential theoretical knowledge but also the necessary supervised practice for safe and efficient performance on drilling platforms.
Developed in collaboration with Firjan Senai, the Offshore Development Program, or PDO, is a project aimed at extensive training of new talents. The continuous training includes a year of immersion in advanced techniques and robust practical experience through supervised embarkations. This program, therefore, represents one of the most comprehensive paths for those looking to enter the offshore drilling career. With an emphasis on safety and technical competence, participants emerge ready to face the challenges of the sector with confidence and skill.

In this context, we celebrate the graduation of the first class of the innovative Offshore Development Program (PDO). This initiative, carried out in collaboration with Firjan Senai, aims to train technical trainees with a targeted focus on the offshore drilling sector. This pioneering program aims to prepare professionals to work in such a crucial segment.

Valuation of Theoretical and Practical Knowledge
During this special event, COO Heitor Gioppo and VP of Administration & People, Mario Nano, emphasized the relevance of the Offshore Development Program as an innovative training program, where theoretical and practical technical training effectively combine to empower professionals in the offshore drilling sector. Such an approach is essential to ensure that graduates are fully capable of meeting the challenging demands of this field.
Through the PDO, we have the exclusive opportunity to develop a highly qualified workforce in career paths tailored to the specific demands of Foresea. This process involves close collaboration between theoretical support, provided by the excellent Firjan Senai, and the applied practice experienced directly in the company’s operations.
