IBAMA Offers Free Environmental Education Course and Available Options That Provide Online Certificate, Workload of Up to 50 Hours and Complete Training for Those Who Want to Expand Opportunities in the Public and Private Sectors
The IBAMA has opened registrations for free courses that are completely online in Environmental Education, with a certificate upon completion. The training is open to the public and can strengthen the resume of those who work or wish to work in the environmental field and public management.
This initiative is part of the programming for the agency’s 37th anniversary and takes place through the IBAMA Virtual School, in partnership with the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change. Since its launch in 2025, 1,413 people have already participated in the training.

Workload of 50 hours. Especially aimed at educators, public servants, and professionals from social organizations working with environmental management and policies.
Both are conducted entirely online.
