Through Inova Talentos, the Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL) recruits, selects, and trains professionals in partnership with the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) and the Institute of Technological Research (IPT).
The contract of the scholar with the partner research institution, whether CNPq or IPT, allows participants to work on the projects for a minimum of 12 months, which can be extended for another year.
