The Novotec program is aimed at high school students from the public network. A total of nine thousand spots are open across the state of São Paulo for 11 options of free courses offered by the institution. The total duration of the courses is 90 hours over three months, and the classes are online and in a hybrid format.

Offered by reputable institutions such as ETECs and FATECs of the Centro Paula Souza, the courses have content connected to the demands of the job market and life outside of school.

The Novotec vocational courses, connected to the job market, are free and divided into four modalities, with different workloads, and can last part of a semester or the three years of high school.
