Each free course is divided into three modules, with classes totaling 60 hours. There are 30 spots for Module I of the English course and 35 for the initial modules of the other languages. For those with prior knowledge, a placement test is the gateway to more advanced modules.

Selection Criteria and Enrollment:

To participate, you must have studied at a public school or been a full scholarship student at a private school during Elementary or High School. Residents of neighborhoods near UFJF have priority, but don’t let this discourage you! The English courses are for individuals over 18 years old, while the other courses are open to those 16 years and older. You can even choose up to three options of free courses!

Enrollment: To secure your spot in the free language courses English, Spanish, French, Italian, Greek, Brazilian Sign Language, and more, access the online form or go in person to the Secretariat of the Extension Pro-rectory (Proex), in the UFJF Rectory building, until February 19th.
