These selected individuals, in addition to a salary of R$ 954, will have access to additional benefits such as meal assistance, transportation vouchers, vacation, and a Severance Indemnity Fund (FGTS) equivalent to 2% of the salary.
How to Participate in the Selection Process?
The young person interested in working at Caixa should visit the financial institution’s page. On the “Work at CAIXA” page, there is information released by the Company-School Integration Center (CIEE), which is responsible for intermediating the hiring of these individuals.
According to Caixa, there is a possibility that the young person, at the end of the contract, will be hired permanently at Caixa, thus becoming an employee under the terms of the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). This, of course, will depend on the apprentice’s performance and the institution’s needs.
