Requirements: Experience in carbon arc welding, GMAW, GTAW, coating.
Examine the pieces to be welded, proceeding with the inspection, checking their condition, performing maintenance or repair on the items to be welded; prepare the items to be welded, applying the proper treatment to achieve a perfect weld;
Completed Technical Education; Office Suite; Advanced English.
Create, compile and prepare inspection reports and Repair databooks; Issue physical and electronic copies of the created documents when necessary; Prepare any other quality document when necessary; Comply with the 5S program;
Perform welding on Submerged Arc equipment; Comply with the company’s Integrated Management System Policy; Follow and enforce the Integrated Management System Manual established by the company; Seek continuous improvement in your activities and operations; Adhere to safety notices provided in the workplace.
Elementary education; Experience with Submerged Arc Welding.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration or related areas; Advanced English, with the ability to communicate orally and in writing with foreigners; Advanced Excel; Knowledge of Quality Tools (Ishikawa, 5W2H, Pareto, MASP, etc.); Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 course; Knowledge and experience with API Q1 standard.
