Requirements: Experience in carbon arc welding, GMA, GTA, plating.
Examine the parts to be welded, proceeding with the inspection, checking their condition, performing maintenance or repair on the parts to be welded of the equipment; prepare the parts to be welded, applying the appropriate treatment, in order to obtain a perfect weld;
Complete Technical Education; Office pack; Advanced English.
Create, compile and prepare inspection reports and repair databooks; Issue physical and electronic copies of the documents created, when necessary; Prepare some other quality document, when necessary; Comply with the 5S program;
Perform welding on Submerged Arc equipment; Comply with the company's Integrated Management System Policy; Comply with and enforce the Integrated Management System Manual established by the company; Seek continuous improvement in its activities and operations; Comply with the safety notices posted at the workplace.
Elementary School; Experience with Submerged Arc Welding.
Complete higher education in Engineering, Administration or related areas; Advanced English, with oral and written communication skills with foreigners; Advanced Excel; Knowledge of Quality Tools (Ishikawa, 5W2H, Pareto, MASP, etc); ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Course; Knowledge and experience with the API QI standard.
