New exclusive Rolls-Royce program places billionaire clients at the center of creating unique vehicles, combining bespoke design, global experiences, and unprecedented access to the brand behind the scenes
Rolls-Royce has just taken an even bolder step in the automotive luxury universe. In a move that promises to completely redefine the concept of exclusivity, the British manufacturer has launched an unprecedented program aimed solely at an extremely select group of clients. This is the Coachbuild Collection, a closed club that not only delivers unique vehicles but also offers an immersive experience that goes far beyond the simple act of buying a car.
The information was disclosed by “Carscoops”, in a report by Thanos Pappas, detailing how the brand is elevating the super-luxury segment by transforming the automotive creation process into an exclusive, personalized, and highly restricted journey. In this new model, the client ceases to be just a buyer and becomes an active part of the vehicle’s story.
Furthermore, the proposal is not limited to delivering a rare automobile. On the contrary, Rolls-Royce is creating a true ecosystem of experiences that includes international travel, access to confidential facilities, and direct contact with elite designers and craftsmen. Thus, luxury ceases to be merely material and becomes experiential as well.

Unique design and limited production place the new models among the most exclusive in the world

Looking at the recent history of the brand, it is clear that Rolls-Royce has already been exploring this path. Models like Sweptail, Boat Tail, and Droptail have shown the world that there is a growing demand for absolutely unique cars. However, these projects have also revealed a modern dilemma: not all clients want to participate in every detail of the design.
Therefore, the company decided to innovate. Instead of requiring full client involvement at every stage, the Coachbuild Collection allows Rolls-Royce itself to take creative lead. Thus, the vehicles are conceived with total freedom, reflecting the essence of the brand without excessive interference.
Still, this does not mean a lack of customization. On the contrary, each model will be produced with a completely unique body style, being “fully homologated, legalized for road use, and made to be driven,” as the manufacturer itself highlighted. Additionally, production will be extremely limited and never repeated, ensuring absolute exclusivity.
Another important point is that the first project of the program will be fully electric. Everything indicates that it will be based on the same architecture as the Rolls-Royce Spectre, the brand’s first electric vehicle. Interestingly, many of the clients who inspired the program already own the Spectre and see electrification as a natural evolution of the luxury experience.
At the same time, Rolls-Royce made it clear that this does not exclude the use of V12 engines in the future. Models like Ghost, Phantom, and Cullinan continue to be references in this segment, and the choice of powertrain will remain a strategic decision within each project.
Experience includes global travel, secret access, and participation in exclusive events

However, the great differentiator of the Coachbuild Collection is not just the cars. In practice, the program transforms the creation of the vehicle into a true international journey. Clients will be invited to travel to locations that have a direct connection to the history and concept of the car they are acquiring.
Moreover, during this process, they will have privileged access to the Rolls-Royce design studios, testing facilities — normally restricted — and even to the workshops of renowned craftsmen outside the automotive sector. Thus, the client experiences each stage of creation in a unique way.
And the experience doesn’t stop there. The brand also promises private events in some of the most desired destinations in the world. At these gatherings, professional designers will present the concepts and inspirations behind the vehicles, creating an even deeper connection between the owner and the automobile.
According to Chris Brownridge, CEO of Rolls-Royce, this new program arose after noticing a growing desire among ultra-high-end clients. According to him, many wanted not only to own an exclusive car but also to follow the entire creative process and understand how it comes to life.
“Coachbuild Collection is the result of that. It is something that the super-luxury world has never seen before,” said the executive. He also emphasized that the experience offered is inseparable from the car itself, designed to reflect the same level of care, ambition, and sophistication.
Finally, Rolls-Royce confirmed that more details about the first model will be revealed in April. The initial project has already been described as a “deeply thought-out first statement,” indicating that the brand intends to use this initiative as a milestone in the evolution of automotive luxury.
