The Idea is to Connect Job Seekers with Companies in Need of Employees. The Event Has Been Extended Until April 4 and Offers Over 6,000 Job Openings and 1,300 Slots in Qualification Courses.
The event started on Tuesday, 26, in the Vale do Anhangabaú SP, and has been extended until next Thursday, April 4, due to high demand from job seekers. Service will be provided daily except on weekends at the Union of Retail Workers building, located at Rua Formosa, 99, from 8 AM to 5 PM. To apply for a job, simply bring your ID, Cadastro de Pessoa Física (CPF), work permit, and printed resume. To prevent interested individuals from waiting several days in line, tickets have been divided by colors and days and will serve up to 1,500 people daily.
According to new information, the available job openings have increased from six to eight thousand. Although the event is a pre-selection, at least 20 people left with signed work contracts.

During the event, the city hall also offers vaccination against yellow fever and rapid tests for HIV and syphilis. A bus with dental treatment will also be available.
Job Openings and Process
The technical team from CATe (Center for Support for Work and Entrepreneurship of the City Hall of São Paulo) is responsible for receiving candidates, managing the flow of pre-selection interviews conducted by companies, assisting citizens with job openings available in Sine – National Employment System, and also issuing the first and second copies of the work permit.
To obtain the document, you need to present your RG, CPF, and a current 3×4 photo. For the second copy, a police report or a handwritten letter declaring the loss of the document is required.
The Union of Retail Workers is responsible for sourcing job openings from private companies, managing the service during the event, and screening candidates for job vacancies.
The Paula Souza Center and Senai – National Service for Industrial Training will offer over a thousand quick qualification courses in the areas of inventory, stock, sales, makeup, and customer service.
“This partnership has a single goal: to provide the population with an opportunity to regain their position in the job market. With the diversity of job openings offered, interested individuals can apply for a position they already have experience in or even for a new area of activity,” said the Secretary of Economic Development and Labor, Aline Cardoso.
