Senai Opens New Spots for Free Qualification Courses

Firjan Senai is offering 9,720 spots in free professional qualification courses, with registrations open for 70 options. The opportunities cover units of the institution in the city of Rio de Janeiro and in municipalities of the Metropolitan Region.

The offer includes the opening of 266 classes for prospective students. The free courses from Senai encompass various technological areas, such as Audiovisual and Digital Animation, Automation and Mechatronics, Automotive, Construction, Electronics, Renewable Energies, Management, Graphic and Print and Digital Media, Logistics, Metalworking, Bakery and Confectionery, Welding, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, and Information Technology.

Among the available spots at Senai, 267 are designated for the Senai units in Duque de Caxias (155) and Nova Iguaçu (112). The majority of the opportunities, around 6,900, are distributed across units such as Benfica, Maracanã, Laranjeiras, Tijuca, Vicente de Carvalho, Jacarepaguá, Vila Isabel, Santa Cruz, Itaguaí, Niterói, and São Gonçalo.

How to Enroll in Free Senai Courses?

Interested candidates must meet the specific criteria for each course, including age, education, and a gross monthly family income per capita of up to R$ 2,118, as verified by self-declaration. Access to the internet is also required, as most courses will be taught online, following the Distance Learning (EAD) strategy.

Registrations are available on the Firjan Senai website and will close immediately upon reaching the limit of spots in each free course. Classes are expected to start as early as March.
