An unprecedented partnership between Vitru Educação, the controlling entity of Uniasselvi and UniCesumar universities, and YouTube, offers 15 free online (EAD) professional qualification courses. Launched on February 24, the courses aim to broaden access to education and equip professionals for today’s job market.

According to Leandro Claro, Vice President of Market and Communication at Vitru, the initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to the democratization of education, enabling millions of Brazilians to access quality content. For YouTube, the partnership expands the educational impact of the platform. “With this initiative, people of all ages will be able to develop essential skills to achieve their goals,” said Amanda Ronconi, Strategic Partnerships Manager at the company.

The offering of free online (EAD) courses follows market transformations, addressing concepts such as upskilling and reskilling, essential for professional qualification. According to Tiago Stachon, Vice President of Continuing Education at Vitru, the courses represent an accessible and innovative solution, reducing financial and logistical barriers. The initiative aims to attract Generation Z, who are connected to YouTube and accustomed to dynamic and interactive content.
