SMS Manager – SMS Management

  • Complete Superior Required, being desirable post graduation in management of the QHSE area.
  • Must have 5 years experience in SMS management connected to the maritime support vessel segment and its related activities beyond its operational base.
        Main duties for the HSE Manager position
  • Manage all activities in the company's HSE sector with a view to preserving the environment and improving risk conditions for the health and safety of employees,
  • Monitor and enforce demands related to the HSE sector 
  • Manage the preparation of the PPRA and PCMSO
  • to participate .
  • Knowledge of environmental (ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety (ISO45001) rules and regulations and of municipal, state and federal legislation applicable to offshore activity
  • Knowledge and support to other departments for the treatment of NON-COMPLIANCE,
  • Knowledge of preparing Aspects & Impacts, Hazards & Risks.
  • Preparing and conducting internal and external HSE audits and certifications relevant to the HSE sector and meeting the Client's demands regarding occupational health and safety issues
  • Ability to develop Objectives and Targets, KPI for the company's core activity and report to direct superiors
  • Plan HSE training for the various work fronts.
  • Report directly to Superiors the monitoring (KPI) of the company's HSE management.
  • Guide and monitor the activities carried out by Occupational Safety Technicians, Nursing Technicians, Occupational Safety Assistants and Assistants in the company's various work fronts
  • Manage inspections in the workplace, identifying dangerous conditions, taking all necessary measures to eliminate risk situations, as well as training and raising awareness of employees regarding HSE prevention attitudes;
  • Assist in surveys and study statistics on accidents at work, occupational and work-related illnesses, analyzing their causes and severity, with a view to adopting preventive measures
  • Manage the use and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) for the workforce
  • Inform the salary expectation.

Chief Engineer 1OM – III/2 – IMMEDIATE Hiring

  • Search for customer 1OM (III/2) for the position of Chief Engineer.
  • The contract will be a long-term one with experience in boats of the type PSV and OILREC
  • Must have experience in concepts and practices on DP II vessels 
  • Have available: CIR, CoC, TBS1, EPSM, EOPN(EBCP), ECIA, EESS, NR – 10, 12, 17, 33, 34 and 35.
  • Technical course in DP
  • Familiarity with maintenance plans and IMCAS 117 and 220.
