Next, the Minha Casa Minha Vida program will be detailed by Rui Pires da Silva, chief of staff of the Ministry of Cities, along with Inês da Silva Magalhães,
vice president of Caixa Econômica. On the same day, Leila Sobral and Fabio Queda will address innovation for the future of the sector in a lecture titled ‘Construction 2030’. Additionally, Cristiane Magalhães will discuss BIM maturity in Brazil, providing a comprehensive view of the future of civil construction.

On August 1, the agenda will continue with the lecture ‘Retail 4.0: Innovation in Sales Strategies’, delivered by Maurício Morgado, partner at Lúmina Consulting. On the same day, Sérgio Soares Macedo and Marcos Antônio Cavalcanti will discuss the theme of cooperativism in civil construction, reinforcing the importance of cooperation within the civil construction industry. Paulo Oliveira, CEO of Aratau, will explain the pathways to the industrialization of construction, followed by Jean Ferrari, CEO and founder of FASTBUILT, who will discuss artificial intelligence in civil construction.

The event will conclude on August 2, with Marcus Araújo, founder and statistician at Datastore, presenting innovations in the real estate market. Sérgio Scheer, a professor at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), will participate in the generational meeting discussing the engineers and architects of the future. Complementing the program, Angela de Bortoli Saggin, operational excellence manager at Diagonal Engenharia, will lead the Lean Construction 4.0 journey,
and Vanderley M. John, a professor at EPUSP, will conclude with a lecture focused on the impacts and strategies of the construction sector in the carbon agenda.
