MODEC is one of the most sought-after companies at the moment by Brazilian oil and gas professionals, but it is not an easy task to get a position at this company. Due to its rigorous selection processes, many even say that it’s easier to get into the “NASA” than to be called for an interview with the Japanese company, which is partly true.

About 4 days ago, MODEC launched the Offshore Production Trainee Program, aimed at individuals already graduated in Engineering. The company emphasizes that no previous experience in the role is required but there are fundamental criteria to qualify for participation.
