Marco states that maintenance contracts require daily dedication from Forship employees, as non-operational equipment affects the operational indicators of the platforms. “But our employees have been exceptionally performing tasks ranging from planning and logistics to service execution,” he adds.
Team of Excellence
The executive also highlighted the work both in recruiting experienced professionals and in daily monitoring of results. “This experience has yielded good results for the company, which now has a specialized technical team in planning, control, and execution of maintenance activities in the areas of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation,” emphasizes the operations director.
For Forship, the project is of great importance, and the extension of the contract with Petrobras has only served to consolidate the expertise of the company in yet another segment, as well as maintaining a qualified team. “Despite tight margins, the company understands it is crucial to retain the team of employees, which requires efforts both in securing contracts and amendments as well as in training and redeployment of personnel.”
